KidneyCAN is proud to host the 2nd annual #KCRS20, a meeting for global stakeholders in kidney cancer research.
#KCRS20 is a meeting of clinicians, researchers, research advocates, scientists, medical oncologists, industry and others to discuss the future efforts for collaboration in the field of kidney cancer research. Our goal is to further build on the success of #KCRS19 (held September 12-13, 2019). See JNCI paper for #KCRS19.
This year, KidneyCAN will host a virtual meeting with thought leaders in clinical development, critical preclinical research, translational research, and industry representatives to discuss new research, unmet needs, and available resources with the shared goal of accelerating progress.
Our mission is to abolish Kidney Cancer as a threat to the life and health of patients by supporting patient & legislative advocacy and research by offering direct financial support for clinical and laboratory researchers with promising ideas.

The organization of this scientific research summit is a collaboration between KidneyCAN and our supporting physicians. Our ongoing concept is to work with research physicians to identify key critical research areas for presentation and discussion.
Research funded by the new DoD (Department of Defense) CDMRP (Congressionally Directed Medical Research Program, and in particular grants awarded pursuant to the KCRP (Kidney Cancer Research Program) will be shared.
New directions for research and critical unmet research needs will be the focus of the summit.
